Session 1 - Chef Charles
Chef Charles recently won 1st place in the Asia Pastry Cup 2022 and won 6th place in the Coupe Du Monde De La Pâtisserie 2023 (World Pastry Cup) that took place in Lyon, France. He is an ambitious chef by heart and thoroughly enjoy his working life as a chef. Chef Charles specialties are sculping chocolate, ice cream and French pastries.

Session 2 - Chef Lim
Chef Lim has 17 years of experience in food service industry. He has won many awards in pastry competitions, such as 6th place in Coupe Du Monde La Patisserie (2017), 3rd place in Plated Dessert Category (2017), 2nd place in Asian Pastry Cup (2016), bronze in Malaysia Chocolate Master (2015) and Malaysia Pastry Cup (2015). He specializes in Japanese French pastry, Modern French pastry, Modern Plated Dessert, Asian Sponge & Cakes, Classic cakes & Gateau De Voyage and Tart & Pie. He used to work in various hotels in Kuala Lumpur before joining APCA Malaysia as a teacher. He loves baking and sharing his knowledge and skills with others. He thinks that teaching makes him a better and stronger chef.
